The story of Zayt Gin begins with a walk through an olive grove located in the Subbética Cordobesa, near our hometown of Lucena, where the cultivation of olives is one of the main sources of livelihood.
Through an entrepreneurial spirit, the creators of this new gin came up with the idea of combining the hard work and sacrifice required in the olive grove with the leisure and social culture that is so popular in Andalusia, resulting in this uniquely Andalusian gin.
